Ice in the Desert

Producing ice in the desert (where the sun is most prominent) isn’t as difficult as one might think. Just as mobile phones have allowed African countries to circumvent telephone systems. Solar power in Africa seems like a prudent circumvention of industrial development and pollution. We will need to flesh out this idea in the future.
